PyScripter是一个使用Delphi开发的开源的Python 集成开发环境（IDE），发布于MIT协议之下。^[1]

PyScripter支持Python2.4、2.5、2.6、2.7、3.0、3.1、3.2，而且可以根据需要切换。

PyScripter分32和64为两种，安装时需要对应python的位数，与操作系统无关。

即：32位python对应32位pyScripter。64位类似

常见错误2：ascii错误

修改：安装目录下lib\site.py
